A total of over 176 Giga Watt of renewable energy capacity have been installed in the country till last month. In a written reply in the Rajya Sabha, New and Renewable Energy Minister R.K Singh said renewable energy projects of around 89 Giga Watt capacity are under various stages of implementation. He said, over 51 Giga Watt capacities are under various stages of bidding.
