In Kerala, the CPI(M) leader, O.R. Kelu took oath as the State Minister for the Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Backward Classes in the LDF government. Governor Arif Mohammed Khan administered the oath in a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan this evening. Mr. Kelu hailing from the tribal community in Wayanad is the fourth minister from the district.He is the MLA from the Mananthavadi Assembly Constituency in Wayanad.
