One person was killed and 13 others suffered injuries in a building collapse in South Mumbai’s Grant Road area. The incident took place on Saturday afternoon when several parts of a ground plus four Mhada building collapsed on Sleater Road in Grant Road. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, BMC said, the balcony and slab portions of the second and third floors of the building Rubina Manzil partially collapsed while some other sections of the building were hanging critically. At least 7-9 people were stranded on the top floor of the four storeyed building who were rescued by the Fire Brigade along with Police and Civic staffers.
