Oil prices extended gains today amid concerns over Russian and Iranian oil supply and sanctions threats. Brent Crude was trading over 1.2 percent up at 76 dollars and 79 cents per barrel, and WTI Crude gained over 1.1 percent to trade at around 73 dollars and 16 cents per barrel when reports last came in.
