In the silver city of Cuttack, which is famous for Durga Puja, the festival is being celebrated not just as the biggest one but also as the brightest example of communal harmony. People from different communities have been taking part in the celebration. This year, more than 300 Dussehra pandals have come up in the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
