Education Minister says, no NTA official will be spared if found guilty of irregularities in conducting of NEET exam

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that no officials of National Testing Agency (NTA) will be spared if they are found guilty of irregularities in the conducting of this year’s National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) exam. Speaking to media persons at Sambalpur in Odisha, he said, some irregularities have come to light in two places. The government is concerned about this, and no culprit will be spared. Assuring students and parents, Mr. Pradhan said, on the recommendation of the Supreme Court, an order has been given for a re-test of 1,563 candidates. The Union Education Minister, however, said that a lot of improvement is required in the NTA.
