Northern Command of the Indian Army celebrated its Historical victory in the Kargil War at its Headquarters by paying homage to Martyrs at the Northern Command HQ. The highest war field in the world, 24 years back, was fought under the auspices of Northern Command.
 
Chief of Staff, Northern Command, Lt Gen Anindya Sengupta, Veterans of the Kargil war, NCC cadets, and other distinguished dignities paid floral tribute to the War Heroes in the morning at Dhruva War Memorial inside Command Headquarters.
