The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested an absconding accused in the conspiracy to revive and strengthen the banned CPI (Maoist) organisation in Magadh Zone, Bihar. The accused Vinod Mishra was arrested from Dhanbad, Jharkhand, who had been on the run for the past eight months. As per investigations, a close associate and distant relative of CPI (Maoist) North Region Bureau Chief, he had provided shelter and logistics to senior CPI (Maoist) leaders in his house. NIA has been investigating the case since 31st August last year.
