The National Health Authority has launched 100 Microsites Project under Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) to promote digital health adoption and make healthcare more accessible to all. The Ministry of Health in a statement said today that these Microsites will be a cluster of all small and medium scale clinics, nursing homes, hospitals and other healthcare facilities that are ABDM-enabled. Digital health services will be offered to the patients at these microsites centres. The Ministry said that these Microsites would be established within a particular geographic area which has complete ABDM adoption. It further added that the patients visiting these centres will become a part of ABDM. It also informed that they would be able to access their health records on mobile phone applications like ABHA and Aarogya Setu.
