The Electronic and IT Ministry is organising the Deep Dive Training Programme for 43rd Batch of Chief Information Security Officers in New Delhi under Cyber Surakshit Bharat Initiative. The initiative aims to spread awareness about cyber-crime and build capacities of Chief Information Security Officers and frontline IT officials, across all government departments for ensuring adequate safety measures to combat the growing menace of cyber crime. The National e-Governance Division of the Ministry is organising the five day training programme. Participants from Assam, Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat, Kerala, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and National Capital Territory of Delhi are attending the training programme. The Ministry said, the training also focused on providing a holistic view of legal provisions, enabling Chief Information Security Officers to formulate policies in the domain of cyber security and build concrete cyber crisis management plans.
