A national conference on the Changing Landscape of Accounting and Reporting was held in New Delhi today. The theme of the conference was Navigating Global Standards and Best Practices. Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman of National Financial Reporting Authority of India, Dr. Ajay Bhushan Prasad Pandey, emphasized the need for adopting global standards to fulfill the Indian needs of accounting and reporting. He said that it is the collective responsibility of the industry stakeholders to build corporate governance in the country.
