Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has congratulated the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), on the successful launch of Chandrayaan-3 into orbit at Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh.
In a tweet, Rio said it was a proud moment for India as the journey to the moon begins. He said, this is a testament to the relentless dedication of the team at ISRO.  Rio hoped it has a historic landing.
