Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. L. Murugan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken the Swachhta Abhiyan to every household and common people and they are participating in this campaign with great enthusiasm.

Dr. Murugan was addressing the program ‘Vartalaap: A decade of cleanliness, special initiative for clean Bhopal’ organized by Press Information Bureau in collaboration with Municipal Corporation in Bhopal today as the chief guest.

Bhopal MP Alok Sharma, Mayor Malti Rai, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Harendra Narayan and Additional Director General of Press Information Bureau Prashant Pathrabe also participated in the program.

In his address, MP Alok Sharma informed about the efforts made to make Bhopal the cleanest capital of the country. Mayor Malti Rai mentioned the initiatives being taken by the common people in cleanliness and appreciated their cooperation.
