Moldova has signed the International Solar Alliance (ISA) Framework Agreement and officially joined the ISA. In a social media post, the spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal said that India welcomes Moldova for joining global efforts to promote clean energy and sustainability through the ISA platform.
