In Ladakh, Paying a heartfelt tribute to the valiant soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice for the nation, the 'Meri Maati Mera Desh' campaign entered its fifth consecutive day of commemoration across multiple Panchayats within the Kargil district.

The 'Meri Maati Mera Desh' campaign was solemnly observed today in numerous Gram Panchayats spanning various blocks within the Kargil district. In addition to the commemorative events of the program, the distinguished recipients of gallantry awards were reverently honored and felicitated at several Memorial Plaques spread throughout the district.

Meanwhile, the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign being observed from August 13 to 15 was also celebrated across the Kargil district and saw enthusiastic participation of the public, students and other concerned stakeholders.
