Medium Wave (MW) services of Akashvani got interrupted due to an antenna collapse at Rohtak in Haryana. Due to a heavy storm yesterday, a 20-kilowatt medium wave transmitter which was 50 years old collapsed. Services from Akashvani have not been through since 9 p.m. yesterday. However, FM services are normally functioning through a 10-kilowatt FM transmitter at Akashvani Rohtak.
