Maharashtra Third Phase Polling: Nomination papers of 317 candidates found valid, 44 papers rejected

Nomination forms of 317 candidates in 11 Lok Sabha constituencies in Maharashtra, which will go to polls in the third phase, have been found to be valid after scrutiny. After filing the nomination papers in the third phase, 46 in Baramati, 35 in Osmanabad (Dharashiv), 31 in Latur, 32 in Solapur, 38 in Madha, 25 in Sangli, 21 in Satara, 9 in Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg, 27 in Kolhapur and 32 in Hatkanangle were found valid.

 

A total of 361 candidates had filed their nominations in 11 constituencies, of which 44 had been rejected. Voting for the third phase of the Lok Sabha Election will be held on 7 May.
