Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis honoured with ‘TIE Mumbai Hall of Fame’ award

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis was honoured yesterday with the “TIE Mumbai Hall of Fame” award by Infosys founder Narayana Murthy, in the Country’s leading entrepreneurial leadership summit, TIECON Mumbai 2025: “Dhanda First”, organized by TIECON in Mumbai. This award was presented to him for his outstanding contribution in the field of infrastructure development, investment and water conservation. Dedicating the award to all the citizens of Maharashtra, Chief Minister Fadnavis said, this award is an acknowledgement of the work, they started in 2014 under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He further said that Maharashtra has become the most preferred destination for foreign direct investment. In just nine months, investments worth 1.39 lakh crore rupees have come to Maharashtra. The Chief Minister declared Maharashtra as the new startup capital of India as Maharashtra is setting new records in terms of number of startups and investment. He said, all the infrastructure projects seen in Maharashtra, especially in Mumbai and the MMR region, such as the Coastal Road, Atal Setu, Metro, and Vadhavan projects, are the symbols of good governance.
