Nicholas Pooran scored the highest for Lucknow, scoring 70 runs from 26 balls, while Mitchell Marsh contributed 52 runs off 31 balls. For Hyderabad, skipper Pat Cummins took two wickets.
Earlier, sent in to bat first, Hyderabad posted 190 runs for losing 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
