To provide required medicare facilities to the Amarnath pilgrims, Langar Committee members, and security forces, the Health Department has established a First Aid Medical Camp at the Langar site, Lamber Ground, Banihal in District Ramban. From Check up and provision of medicines, every facility is provided by the department including ECG and Ambulance facilities free of cost. 

Talking to DD News, Medical Officer Sub District Hospital,  Banihal, and Nodal Officer First Aid Camp Banihal Dr Sajid Hussain said that a team of Doctors and paramedics are camping at Lamber Langar site Banihal 24 X 7 to provide medical assistance to pilgrims, security forces and others.  The step is being appreciated by pilgrims as well as Langer Committees.
