Prominent religious institutions, including Isna Ashriya Campus, Jamia Masjid Kargil, and various mosques and Imam Bargahs, are conducting daily Quranic recitation sessions.

Majalis are also being held, focusing on the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and Ahlul Bayt (AS), inspiring the community to uphold justice, compassion, and unity. Iftar programmes have become a hallmark of Ramzan in Kargil, with families and communities coming together to break their fast and extend charity to those in need. Meanwhile, the district administration has made necessary arrangements to facilitate the smooth observance of Ramzan. Measures have been taken to ensure an adequate supply of water and electricity, maintain cleanliness around mosques and Imam Bargahs, and regulate market prices of essential commodities. As Ramzan progresses, the spirit of faith, generosity, and communal harmony continues to thrive in Kargil, reinforcing the cultural and religious fabric of the region.
