In Ladakh, Secretary of the Departments of Youth Services and Sports, Power, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Protocol in UT Ladakh Ravinder Kumar Dangi said, the development of youth in sports and other sectors will pave the way for the real development of the society. He assessed the progress of crucial infrastructural projects in Kargil today. Mr. Dangi commenced his inspection with a thorough evaluation of the ongoing construction of the Ice Hockey Rink at Biamathang. He also reviewed the status of the multipurpose sports stadium Goma Kargil and Astro Turf Football Ground. He directed the agencies to expedite the process and complete the projects on time.
 
At the Hatchery Unit of Animal Husbandry in Kurbathang, the Secretary advocated for an augmentation of production capacity. He also monitored the progress of the new poultry farm building. He emphasised the importance of bolstering production for enhanced farmers' income. He also inspected the progress of the construction of a veterinary hospital.
