In Ladakh, in anticipation of the forthcoming 2024 Parliamentary Elections in Ladakh, Akashwani Kargil has commenced a dedicated awareness campaign aimed at fostering mass awareness among the populace.

As part of this initiative, various activities including interviews with experts, coverage of SVEEP (Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation) events, and engagement across social media platforms such as Twitter have been initiated. These efforts are designed to inform, engage, and empower citizens to actively participate in the upcoming electoral process.

Akashwani Kargil remains steadfast in its mission to catalyze democratic participation and civic engagement. Through its multifaceted awareness programme, the radio station aims to empower citizens, strengthen democratic values, and contribute to the success of the electoral process in Ladakh.
