In Karnataka extensive training is being imparted to the stakeholders in the three new Criminal Laws namely Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam that have come into force from 1st July. The senior Advocate practising in Karnataka High Court and Supreme Court, H Sunil Kumar has shared his views on the new criminal laws, saying that it has revolutionary concepts that will help adjudicate Justice.
