Home Minister of Karnataka, Parameshwar, stated that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has written to the Central Government requesting the cancellation of the diplomatic passport of Janata Dal MP Prajwal Revanna, who is facing allegations of sexual assault.
Revanna is currently abroad and has not been attending the SIT hearings. Parameshwar emphasized that the Central Government should respond to the Chief Minister’s letter. He also clarified that the state government has granted full independence to the SIT to ensure an impartial investigation.
