In Jammu and Kashmir a SVEEP pink conclave was organised by District Election Authority (DEA), Udhampur in collaboration with ICDS Anganwadi workers at CDPO Office, Udhampur yesterday. More than 200 Anganwadi workers participated in different activities like Hopscotch, Skipping, poetry recitation etc. The District SVEEP Nodal Officers appealed the workers to cast their valuable vote on 19th April. They also detailed them about the importance of participation of women in upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The participants were also informed about the facilities provided by the Election Commission of India at every polling station for the PwD and the 85+ aged voters.
