In Jammu and Kashmir, the representatives of several displaced Kashmiri Pandit organisations called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, at Raj Bhavan Jammu yesterday. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the members of the delegation apprised the Lieutenant Governor of various welfare issues of the community.

They also presented several publications to the Lieutenant Governor including a book titled “Kashmir After Kalhana” written by Dr. R L Bhat and ‘Pavak magazine of Jonaraja Institute of Genocide & Atrocities Studies’. Members of Lalitaditya Sports Organisation, led by its President Anil Bhat expressed gratitude to the Lieutenant Governor for the support extended to the organisation to promote sports among the community youth.
