Jammu and Kashmir has provided the maximum number of e-services to its citizens in the country. This was revealed in the sixth edition of the National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment monthly report for States and Union Territories. It provides a detailed overview of the status of e-service delivery across States and Union Territories.
Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions said that the departments across States and UTs had provided 14 thousand 736 e-services. The Ministry said that Jammu and Kashmir had provided a hundred percent of their services through the Single Unified Service Delivery Portal – e-UNNAT. Kerala has also provided hundred percent of its services through e-Sevanam and Odisha through Single Unified Service Delivery Portal – Odisha One.
