In Jammu and Kashmir, a one-day blood donation camp was organized under the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation Program (SVEEP) by the District Health Society in collaboration with a local NGO yesterday. The event took place at Sub District Hospital Gandoh in Doda district. Our Jammu correspondent reports that 22 blood donors participated, with the sole objective of serving mankind. Lauding the donors’ contributions, BMO Gandoh Dr. Farooq Saleem praised their remarkable dedication and humanitarian spirit. He also emphasized that everyone, especially the youth, should come forward to donate blood, thereby increasing the blood supply in our health system.
