In Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a meeting to review the pace of implementation of infrastructure projects being monitored through the Project Monitoring Group (PMG) portal. The Chief Secretary emphasised the need to address the issues being faced by implementing agencies to ensure the timely completion of projects. He directed the officers to work in a coordinated manner to iron out all issues that were causing hindrances in the implementation of projects. The PMG portal of Invest India is a unique institutional mechanism to facilitate the resolution of bottlenecks in infrastructure projects and do milestone-based project monitoring of the same.
