In Jharkhand, Lok Sabha elections were held for 14 seats. BJP leader and Union Minister Arjun Munda has lost Khunti seat. He has been defeated by Congress candidate Kalicharan Mundaby margin of over one lakh 40 thousand votes. Union Minister and BJP leader Annapurna Devi has been elected from Koderma seat. In Jharkhand, BJP is leading in 6 seats, Congress two seat, JMM three seats and AJSU one seat. BJP candidates AnnapurnaDevi, Nishikant Dubey and Bidyut Baran Mahato are leading while Sita Soren, Geeta Koda.
