In Jharkhand, elaborate security arrangements have been made for the first phase of the Assembly elections. Forty-three constituencies will go to the polls in this phase tomorrow. Polling will begin at 7 am and continue until 5 pm, while polling will be until 4 pm at 950 sensitive booths spread over 31 constituencies.
