In Jharkhand, elaborate arrangements have been made for counting of votes. Chief Electoral Officer K Ravi Kumar informed Akashvani News that 14 counting centers have been set up across the state. According to Mr. Kumar, counting will commence at 8 AM, with the first trends expected by 9:30 AM.
He said the counting of votes for 14 parliamentary constituencies is likely to be completed by 4 PM. The Chief Electoral Officer mentioned that there are more postal ballots this time. Tight security arrangements have been made in and around the counting centers to ensure peaceful counting.
