Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju has said that the Indo-Japan partnership opens doors to multiple global opportunities for the people of the North East. Attending the third India-Japan Education Conclave at Cotton University in Guwahati, he said that learning the Japanese language and understanding their culture can help transform the lives of youth in the region.
