This time the theme of this day is Mountain Solutions Innovation Adaptation and Youth for a Sustainable Future. On International Mountain Day, the Chandigarh Unit of Akashvani News spoke to Mamta Sauda, the first citizen of Haryana to conquer Mount Everest twice. She said that the youth will have to go ahead and help protect the mountains with the help of new innovations.
