In the International Masters League T20, India Masters defeated West Indies Masters by 7 runs at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur, Chhattisgarh last night. After being invited to bat first, India Masters scored 253 runs for 3 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Opener Saurabh Tiwary made 60 off 37 balls, while Ambati Rayudu made 63 off 35 balls. Skipper Yuvraj Singh remained unbeaten with 49 runs.

 

In response to this, West Indies Masters fell short of 7 runs despite Dwayne Smith’s 79 runs and William Perkins’ 52 runs. For India, Stuart Binny picked up 3 wickets, while Pawan Negi bagged 2 wickets. Stuart Binny was announced Player of the Match for his economic bowling. In next match of the league, Sri Lanka Masters will face England Masters in Raipur tomorrow. The match will begin at 07:30 PM.
