An Inter Ministerial Central team comprising of officers of different ministries of Central Government  assessed the extent of damages caused by hailstorm, windstorm and flood due to cyclone Remal in Senapati district of Manipur on Tuesday (11th June 2024).

The team along with the senior officers of district administration visited different places. It also visited the affected agricultural land sites and river banks to assess the damages of river bank, bridges, Inter Village Road, water pipelines caused by flash flood.

The team visited Thoubal and Bishnupur district yesterday to assess the damages caused by these natural calamities.
