Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal today said that India believes in a circular economy and has become a trusted partner that the whole world looks up to. Addressing the SHRM India Annual Conference 2024 in New Delhi, the Minister shared that a few years back India’s economy was considered fragile, but now the entire world is looking to expand economic relations with India.

He expressed happiness at the country becoming the fastest-growing economy in the last few years. Mr. Goyal added that the country’s forex reserves have crossed 700 billion dollars. Mr. Goyal also urged the world to work collectively to find solutions for disasters like climate change and attain a sustainable earth.
