The first-ever space exercise, Antariksha Abhyas-2024, organized by the Defence Space Agency to enhance strategic readiness in space warfare, was successfully concluded in New Delhi today. The three-day exercise was inaugurated on the 11th of this month. This exercise marked a crucial step in strengthening India’s space-based operational capabilities and enhancing tri-services integration for space security. The exercise included focused discussions on emerging space technologies, space situational awareness, and India’s space programmes. Throughout the three-day event, participants engaged in scenario-based exercises, facilitated by subject matter experts from various ministries and departments of the government, as well as military, scientific, and academic institutions.
