In Tennis, India’s N. Sriram Balaji and his companion Miguel Ángel Reyes-Varela of Mexico have stormed into the Men’s Doubles Semi-final of the Mexican Open in Acapulco, Mexico. The Indian-Mexican duo defeated James Tracy of the United States and Hans Hach of Mexico, 6-7, 6-2, 10-8, in the quarterfinal, this morning.

Balaji and Varela will next take on the French pair and the fourth seeds, Fabien Reboul and Sadio Doumbia in the semi-final tomorrow. The match is scheduled to begin at 7.40 AM, IST.
