India is unstoppable, unyielding, unwavering in its progress: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the passage of the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2025, in Parliament is a significant step towards social justice. Congratulating the Parliament for enacting a remarkable law that serves the interests of all communities, including the Muslims, the Prime Minister said the sanctity of Waqf will now be preserved and the rights of the marginalised, Women and Children will be safeguarded. The Prime Minister was addressing an event organized by a private media house in New Delhi last night.

 

Prime Minister Modi highlighted that during the first hundred days of the year 2025, the government has not only taken decisions but also laid a strong foundation for the future. He said the achievements of the past 100 days demonstrate that India is unstoppable, unyielding, and unwavering in its progress. The Prime Minister underscored that during this period, India became the fourth country in the world to achieve satellite docking and undocking capabilities.

 

The Prime Minister emphasized that, despite numerous global challenges, India has advanced at a faster pace and doubled the size of its economy in just one decade. He remarked that those who once believed India would progress slowly and steadily are now witnessing a ‘Fast and Fearless India.’

 

Accusing Congress of practicing appeasement politics, the Prime Minister said that such politics is fundamentally against the core concept of social justice in India. He also criticized some parties for using it as a tool for vote-bank politics.

 

Underscoring the significant progress made in combating Naxalism and fostering peace in the Northeast, the Prime Minister remarked that over 125 districts were once engulfed in violence, with government boundaries effectively ending where Naxalism began.

 

During the event, the Prime Minister also unveiled the Samadhan document, a compendium of solutions and proof of concepts developed by selected youth and colleges across India, addressing challenges such as air pollution, waste management, river cleaning, education for all, and decongestion of streets in India.

Talking about the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit- WAVES Summit to be held in Mumbai next month, the Prime Minister said, the Government is organising it to encourage the art and culture. He added that the WAVES Summit will empower Indian artists to create and take their content to the global stage.
