Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology Rajaeev Chandrasekhar has said that India has grown from a technology consumer to a technology producer. Speaking at the Annual General Meeting of the Southern India Chamber of Commerce in Chennai on 7th July 2023, Friday, the Minister said that the country has witnessed a phenomenal growth in the exports of electronic products after 2014. He said that India is exporting one lakh crore products to various countries around the world. The Minister said that India is poised to become the fifth largest economy in the World.
