The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast cold wave to severe cold wave conditions are likely to prevail over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, and East Rajasthan during the next three days. The weather agency also predicted cold wave conditions over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, West Rajasthan, and East and West Madhya Pradesh tomorrow.
According to IMD, Tamil Nadu, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalseema are expected to experience heavy rainfall during the next 2-3 days.
In Delhi-NCR, a cold wave is expected tomorrow along with smog and shallow to moderate fog in the morning and night hours.
