Meteorological Department has predicted Severe heat wave for next 5 days in many areas of Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and West Madhya Pradesh.

The Meteorological Department informed Akashvani news that the temperature is likely to be 44 to 48 degrees celsius during this period.

The department has issued red and orange alerts in the concerned areas.
