India Meteorological Department has predicted isolated extremely heavy rainfall over Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, and Maharashtra during the next two days. Met department has forecast that rainfall activity is likely to increase over Indo-Gangetic plains during the next two days.

In Northwest India, scattered to fairly widespread, light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning is very likely over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Punjab, and West Uttar Pradesh during the next five days.

Meanwhile, the weatherman has forecast above-normal temperatures with high humidity over Punjab and Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi during the next two days.
