India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast isolated extremely heavy rainfall over Gujarat today. IMD said, Heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places over Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh today. Very heavy rainfall is also likely at isolated places over Kerala, Mahe and coastal Karnataka today.

 

Met department has predicted fairly widespread to widespread light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and East Rajasthan during the next five days. Scattered to fairly widespread rainfall is also likely over Jammu-Kashmir- Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad, Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and West Rajasthan during next five days.

 

The weatherman said there is a likelihood of fairly widespread to widespread light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning over East and Northeast India during next four days.
