In Himachal Pradesh, the Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rainfall alert in many parts of the State for the next 24 hours. The rainfall continues intermittently in the State. Some areas in the State also experienced heavy rainfall yesterday. Due to the heavy rains in the past, the water level of the rivers and drains has increased and landslides have caused blockage of 362 connectivity roads including two national highways, due to which people are facing several problems.
