The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast that thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are likely at isolated places over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand tomorrow. The MeT department has predicted a fall in minimum temperature by about two degrees Celsius over West India during the next two days and a gradual increase by 2-3 degrees Celsius during the subsequent 3 days. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 25 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature around 10 degrees Celsius. IMD said that dense fog is likely over isolated places in West Bengal, Odisha, and Sikkim during the night and morning.
