The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall over north Coastal Andhra Pradesh today. The IMD said that similar weather conditions will be present over Coastal Karnataka on Thursday. Meanwhile, light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning is expected over parts of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, and Coastal and South Interior Karnataka at the end of this month. The weather agency said that no significant weather change is likely over the rest of the country during the week.
