India Meteorological Department, IMD has forecast a fresh spell of intense rainfall and thunderstorm over Northeast India from Saturday. It said, isolated heavy rainfall and snowfall is likely over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. The Weather office also predicted isolated light to moderate rainfall over Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar. IMD said, isolated heavy rainfall and snowfall is likely over Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand tomorrow.
